Common questions
Is vibeokie an official Codex app?
vibeokie is an independent product for managing Codex tasks and approvals on your phone and watch. It is not an official OpenAI or Apple product.
Do I need to approve on both devices?
No. Handle the request on either device. The other device updates after syncing.
Why is an approval button unavailable?
The request may be submitting, already handled, or expired. Refresh and check its status before taking another action.
I tapped Allow, but the result is unclear. What now?
Restore your connection and refresh. An unconfirmed result is not a reason to authorize the same operation again. Contact support if it remains unclear.
Why did my watch not notify me?
Permissions, watch fit, silent mode, Focus, and the test version can affect notifications. During testing, open the app to check pending requests as well.
Can I use my voice to start a task?
Use system dictation to enter instructions. Check the text, selected project, and requirements before sending.
Where do I manage my account?
Use My account to manage connections, view subscriptions, and contact support.
How is my data handled?
Read the Privacy & data page for details about account information, task content, and data requests.
Include your device model, app version, and error message. Leave out passwords, verification codes, and keys.
